clerks at the end of 800 numbers and a general attitude that you,
the customer, aren't really that important, have become the norm rather

In response to this trend, Carlisle Fields and Company has decided
to make a written commitment to our clients. As a client of
our agency we hereby promise:

you annually (at a minimum) to review your current exposures and
to make certain you are adequately protected against property
and liability losses.
- To keep you
advised of legislative activities, judicial decisions or market
changes that might have a significant impact on your insurance
coverages or needs.
- To send you
a newsletter every month filled with interesting, educational
and informative articles.
- To strive
to always place your coverage with top-rated carriers with excellent
track records for prompt and efficient claims service.
- To always
answer the phone with a live person and not a machine.
- To assign
a licensed, knowledgeable and trained personal insurance specialist
to handle your account.
In return for
this commitment we would ask the following of you:
- An understanding
that this type of commitment on our part comes with a cost, and
that while we will always strive to be competitive, we may not
always have the very lowest price in every situation.
- A willingness
to refer us to your friends and associates who might appreciate
the quality of service we provide.
- The trust
to allow us to do a thorough analysis of ALL your insurance needs
and policies, including your life, disability income and annuity
programs as part of our regular personal exposure review program.
